Unlike standard mobile network providers, Vcomms is not a roaming carrier. Instead, we have built strategic partnerships with multiple telco providers, giving us the ability to access at least two independent cellular networks in every region we serve. Depending on the country and requirements, we may use local carrier SIMs, roaming SIMs, or a combination of both to deliver optimal coverage and true redundancy.
Beyond cellular, our platform is designed with flexibility in mind. We can also integrate fixed-line internet connections, which we call Shared Internet or BYO Internet, giving customers the ability to incorporate a site's existing connectivity into our managed environment. This approach ensures that whether a primary connection fails or an entire carrier network goes dark, your business stays online.
Vcomms Cosmos Network-as-a-Service offering is powered by our own Viper Application Delivery Networking Platform, a technology suite we have developed specifically to deliver high levels of availability. This includes hardware devices that provide connectivity to your terminals, as well as software-based networking systems that operate at the core of the Cosmos NaaS offering.
Together, they form an integrated solution designed to keep your critical infrastructure online.

Designed and developed entirely in-house, our Viper Gateways can selectively and systematically use multiple networks, whether cellular or fixed line, to keep your remote sitesup and connected.
By combining intelligent hardware at the edge with software-based networking systems atthe core, we deliver the kind of high availability that standard single-carrier connections simply cannot provide.
Your machines stay connected across multiple networks, automatically and intelligently switching when needed. It means fewer site visits, less downtime, and greater peace of mind. For critical infrastructure, Cosmos is the point of difference.
